INSPYA is a youth development organisation dedicated to supporting young people as they plan and prepare for their future careers.

We exist to help young people build confidence, discover their strengths, and gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in work, education, or entrepreneurship.

Our approach combines career guidance, mentoring, and practical learning opportunities designed to equip young people with real-world skills and a clear sense of direction.
